PRE-SCREENING SESSION
Complimentary Conversation, 30-60 minutes

Let's be curious together!  During this complimentary half-hour (ish) conversation, we'll explore the possibility of working together and discuss how coaching might support you in your current phase of life and growth.  Bring your questions and anything you'd like to share about this moment in your life and the kind of support you're seeking.

Note: As a Certified ADHD Coach, I can bring my ADHD/executive function toolkit to any coaching process, weaving it into our work in whatever ways best support you. We can discuss this during our Pre-Screening Conversation if you are interested in learning more about ADHD coaching specifically.

If you are exploring coaching for someone other than yourself - i.e. your college student/young adult, or leadership coaching for an employee/someone on your team - they/she/he may join us for part or all of the conversation. They will also be invited to book their own one-on-one complimentary conversation with me prior to signing up for a coaching package. 

A pre-screening conversation with the prospective coaching client is a prerequisite for entering into any coaching agreement.

INTEGRATIVE LIFE COACHING
Immersive Coaching Experience

As your Integrative Life Coach, I pull from a wellspring of tools to inform our work. Together, we’ll more deeply understand the patterns and circumstances that are preventing you from creating the life you want to be living. From this new awareness, you’ll develop new habits, practices and ways of being that align with where you want to go.

We all get stuck. Maybe you’re seeking greater clarity or support in navigating big life changes. Perhaps you’re looking to connect more deeply with your sense of purpose or clear the way for big creativity to come through. Maybe you’d like to navigate away from cycles that no longer serve and integrate knowledge that you have into wisdom that you live by.

We co-create - through work and play! - a path forward that allows you to consistently access momentum and ease. You are already deep in the mystery of your life - let’s explore it together, in a way that leaves you feeling seen, supported, and celebrated.

Integrative coaching packages begin with a 3-month commitment for new clients. We will have three 60-minute calls per month, with a week for integration and implementation. Between sessions, you will be supported by virtual contact through text/email/Voxer.

LEADERSHIP COACHING
Immersive Coaching and ELI Framework

By combining the dynamic Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment and framework with Integrative Life Coaching, this option is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to infuse their leadership with greater potency, connection, and inspiration. 

As an ELI Master Practitioner, I will walk you through the assessment and then use the results to inform our Integrative Leadership Coaching sessions. ELI gives you a framework and vocabulary that will support your leadership skills and allow you to be a more impactful, agile and effective leader, applicable in myriad ways to your personal and professional life.

All leaders - executives, entrepreneurs, community organizers, mentors, etc. - can benefit from this package. This process prepares you to bring more intention and presence to your work and be better attuned to your needs, your organization’s needs, and the needs of the community you serve.

During our initial sessions, we’ll identify any pain points you or your team are currently struggling with, as well as your vision and dreams for the future. Our work together will provide momentum and clarity as we move towards your professional goals and expand your capacity to lead and collaborate in the face of complexity. By combining the benefits of integrative coaching with learning the framework of the ELI, you will develop your ability to assess and shift the energy dynamics of relationships and situations in all areas of your life (Personal and professional interactions of all kinds!).

Integrative Leadership Coaching packages are one-on-one coaching programs. Sessions are privately held in one of my physical offices (Freeport or South Portland, Maine) or are held virtually via phone or Zoom. All sessions are confidential, even when your professional organization is sponsoring your participation.

Please note that this is not a “train the trainer” program that certifies you to teach the ELI framework. If you are looking for a package for a team of employees, or would like to arrange ELI assessments or workshops for multiple people in your organization, reach out here, and we can discuss what would be a good fit for you!

Coaching packages available as 3-, 6-, and 12-month containers. Your ELI assessment will be completed at the beginning of our coaching commitment to create our baseline vocabulary and framework. Longer packages include subsequent ELI assessments at 6-month intervals, to track your growth over time. We will have three 90-minute calls per month, with a week for integration and implementation. Between sessions you will be supported by virtual contact through text/Vox.

6 months/18 sessions (Includes 2 ELI Assessments) - $9,200

12 months/36 sessions (Includes 3 ELI Assessments) - $18,000
